Pros and cons of PopOut! The Night Before Christmas app for iPhone and iPad

PopOut! The Night Before Christmas app good for

That is how I expect electronic media to be!!! There are lovely pictures. And almost every detail is "alive". So I could really enjoy the pictures and figures and stay on each page for a while to "explore" the book! Hope to find more such artwork from you soon!
Magical, charming, captivating, fun. Words cant describe. Buy it....trust me.
I just got the announcement that you launched a new book and came right away to get it! Once again great job. Im getting into the Christmas spirit now! My son played with the candy popping out for so long... I guess thats what kids do. Like the volume control. Snow flakes melting is my favorite! More books please!
I first bought the Peter Rabbit popup book for my 2-1/2 old son. He loved it. I recently discovered Night Before, and bought it immediately. These books are simply outstanding. Their tastefulness and quality almost make you forget youre looking at an electronic gizmo and not real paper. In an age of digital media overload, these books are a refreshing break from loud obnoxious childrens electronic books and games. Keep up the good work. And, I will buy the next one when its available. Im hoping for Alice in Wonderland!
A fascinating look at Christmas through historical illustrations brought to life never knew this story was that old! Great fun for the kids they love making Santa go up and down the chimney. Its pretty funny and comical with toys an candy flying around all over the place! Our family favorite is still Peter rabbit though this is just as good quality
Beautifully made. Looking forward to more books from loud crow.

Some bad moments

I bougth but, I didnt like this book! The animation are so beautiful, but Sta. Claus (Saint Nicholas) are smooking!!!!???
Ummm, not sure that the amazing Loud Crow really thought this one thru this time...their Other books in the app store are OOAK amazing! I think what happened here was that they promised customers 6 new books by a deadline & threw these together just in the nick of time! Sorry guys but this was disappointing. Installed then deleted...thats the end.
I collect editions of this poem and I can tell you that there is no "correct" depiction of Santa. The illustrators bring their creativity to the telling of the story. Grandma Moses did a version so did her grandson. Tashia Tudor illustrated the poem. I have one in french and a reproductions of some very early editions. I have some that are recent and some very old - about 50 in all but I buy more every year. This version for the iPad is just wonderful. I love it.
My six year old and I love this book. It is has a retro feel but fully takes advantage of the iPad medium. Try tilting your iPad left and right to make the characters move. For SC2346, St. Nicolas hasnt always been dressed in a red velvet suit.
I do like this version and the original artwork from Denslow, but this depiction of Santa just doesnt fit with todays view. I downloaded several versions of this poem for the iPad this year and the interactivity on this one is a lot of fun. I also really liked "The Night Before Christmas Popup" with the red Twas icon; the 3D popups have a more traditional feel to them and it is also interactive and not just plain text. Keep up the good work, cant wait to see whats next.
Coloring was not bright and graphics were not appealing. Child did not want to see the complete book. Very disappointing!
